Polly Norman is a Norfolk born chef who began her career as a professional golfer before discovering her passion for cooking. At 21 she moved to London to pursue her culinary ambitions, specialising in classical British and French cuisine.
She has built a strong reputation through both competition and professional excellence, competing in prestigious events including Craft guilds and Chaîne des Rotisseures, where she was ranked number two in Great Britain.
Her career has taken her through some of London most renowned hotels and restaurants, refining her craft to the highest level. Most notably, Polly played a key role in the reopening of Le Gavroche which has since gained two Michelin stars. She is currently working with Jeremy King for the opening of the iconic Simpson’s in the Strand.
Polly gained national recognition through her appearance on MasterChef: The Professionals 2026, where she was the youngest competitor in the shows history at just 23 yrs old. Demonstrating both technical skill and creativity, she progressed to the semi-finals.
