About Grace Forell

Grace Forell, known as ‘The Sustainable Spender,’ is a multi-award-winning consumer journalist and presenter celebrated for her expertise in helping people shop sustainably, save money, and navigate the digital world with confidence. As a trusted consumer rights advocate, Grace isn’t afraid to take companies to task for flouting consumer laws.
Grace is a familiar face and voice on TV and radio, frequently providing expert advice in a style that is approachable and engaging. She holds a regular consumer advice slot on This Morning and previously hosted Consumer Corner on Steph’s Packed Lunch. Her insights have also been featured on prominent programs such as BBC Morning Live, Scam Interceptors, and ITV Tonight.
Beyond her work in consumer journalism and content creation, Grace is an event speaker and host, a skilled voiceover artist, and a consultant specialising in impactful social video content. With her versatility and expertise, Grace is committed to making consumer advice accessible, relatable and practical for all.

Consumer Work

The ‘scamdemic’ shows no sign of slowing down, so raising awareness of how to spot scams and the habits needed to protect ourselves in this hostile online environment, forms a significant part of Grace's work.
Having worked at Which? for seven years, Grace is well-versed in consumer rights and loves empowering people to take a stand against big corporations and not be ‘fobbed off’ when  dissatisfied with a purchase or service.
Since the cost of living crisis hit, saving energy has been vital for all households. Grace has spoken on ITV News and The One Show about how to navigate energy tariffs, save money on bills, and the resources available for people who are struggling financially. Whilst working for Which? magazine, Grace has produced several viral videos for their social platforms enabling followers to make small changes at home that could knock hundreds off their bills. Laundry, washing dishes, and cleaning might seem boring to some, but Grace has spent years researching the science behind household chores to ensure that they are done as effectively and sustainably as possible. She has worked with scientists to test how everyday products compare with branded sprays (spoiler - citric acid should be under everyone’s sink!) and has demonstrated the best ways to do laundry, vacuum your home, load a dishwasher, and use an air fryer on both This Morning and Morning Live.
Grace is also a sustainability champion and has worked to uncover greenwashing on the high street, online and in the travel industry. She's thrown fast fashion under the spotlight, and encourages viewers to shop more consciously, particularly when it comes to cleaning products, food and tech.

Media Work

In addition to regular TV slots on ITV’s This Morning, Grace currently hosts the Get Answers podcast, a bi-weekly deep dive into the most important consumer issues of the moment. Grace has also featured as an expert on Rip-Off Britain, ITV News, Sky News, BBC’s The One Show, The Big Green Money Show, Radio 4’s You and Yours and Sky News Radio.

Events and Corporate Work

Grace has hosted numerous awards shows, including the Post Office Retail Sales Awards and Liverpool Small Business Awards. She's participated in panel discussions on topics such as ‘how publishers can make better use of video and audio’,  ‘how to repurpose content for different channels’ and has hosted her own panel on tackling intergenerational gaps in the workplace.
Grace has reported live from London Fashion Week and the London Coffee Festival for Hoxton Radio and has interviewed on the red carpet for Sky News and the Arqiva Radio Awards.

Personal Life

Grace lives in London with a husband, two young children and cat. When not sharing consumer advice, she can be found donning wellies at music festivals, helping out at school, browsing her local charity shops, or enjoying a nice glass of wine.
