Gigi Grassia - Vegan Chef and Influencer

Gigi is a plant-based nutritionist, personal trainer and ultra-marathon runner from Italy, driven by a mission to prove that a high-protein diet is entirely possible on a plant-based lifestyle. Now based in London with her young family, she shares easy-to-follow plant-based recipes and nutrition tips tailored for active people with her community of 790,000+ followers on her Instagram channel alone.
Her passion for cooking was sparked by her mother's nightly home-cooked meals and learning traditional cooking skills from her Italian Nonna. Gigi has long been interested in exercise and nutrition, leading to her earning her formal qualification in 2024. She is currently pursuing the highest RSPH and AfN-accredited nutrition certification along with her Level 5 elite personal training certificate. When Gigi became a nutritionist, she combined her knowledge of flavour and the nutrition required for optimum performance, as a PT and ultra-marathon runner herself. This helped ensure all her recipes were just as flavourful as they were healthy! She shares these recipes with her online community to show you can get all the nutrition you need from a plant based diet – you just need the knowledge to do so!
