DML Talent’s Managing Director Borra Garson started her career in media, working firstly for an entertainment law firm, then at a TV and merchandise licensing company before becoming an agent in 1992. With a knack for nurturing culinary talent, she started DML Talent in 1996 and forged her reputation by representing icons like Gary Rhodes and Jamie Oliver. Alongside the day-to-day management of the business, she spearheads the publishing and catering arms and is always on the lookout for new opportunities and talent. Borra’s enthusiasm for her role stems from its ever-changing nature; each day presents new challenges in the fast-changing world that agents thrive within. Originally from Canada, she enjoys cooking for friends and she lives in Chiswick with her two children.
Director of Talent, Jan Croxson, joined DML in 2009 and has a wealth of experience gained over 30 years working within the entertainment industry. During her career, she has been the driving force behind some of the most respected and successful agencies in the UK and prior to working with DML Talent she discovered and managed high profile stars such as Vernon Kay, Dermot O’Leary and Davina McCall. Jan has a huge network of contacts in the media industry and is highly regarded for her track record in spotting unknown talent and developing lucrative careers for them – Hamza Yassin is an excellent example of this.
Talent Agent, Megan Page joined DML Talent in 2019 and quickly became a vital member of the team. Day to day, Megan loves being involved in all aspects media work and she particularly excels in digital campaign management, events, market research and developing social media strategies. She is passionate about finding new and exciting talent and helping them to grow their platforms and presence within the industry. Megan works across TV, podcasts, influencer and endorsement campaigns, books, catering, festivals, speaking and much more. In her spare time, she loves to travel, bake cakes and go to concerts with her friends.
